January

The daily capture has gone to a toss, however here I am back where I love the most. What does this year mean to me:

- A lot many things, it means an entire galaxy of things, a change which is going to be superb, awaiting the bundle of joy in the tummy alive and kicking, hoping it to grow like asap, speak in it's own language, cant wait, cant wait to hear it, to sing to it, to cuddle it and laugh like there was no tomorrow!!!

- Well to start with I am going to " Go Goa".....yippppppppiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiieeeeeeeeeeeeee, nothing can be more killer than that....whataaaaaaayyyyyyyy start!! You get the drift with my words slurring a bit, open sand, beaches and a lot of masti, that's what is awaiting me!!!

- And then it is "the home"......mommy-papa and family yuhhhhhuuuu, havent met them for ages, havent spoken to them like the rapid fire round I used to, havent been the little child around, havent smell "mummy's food"

- And ofcourse back to Delhi ka thand, it's more killing than anything else, the hot paranthas, the yummy buttery slurppy paranthas, puchkas, chaat, food that I love

- If you see the un-edited portions it's because I am happy, finally life has become kick-ass as I wanted it to be (if you have seen the movie, you would know what I mean)

- I will be back to listening to live music, live bands, live stuff...stuff that I enjoy the most!! Delhi Delhi Delhi Delhi!!!!! la la la la la!!! :)) :))!!

- Anyways to everybody, have a great great great year ahead!!! All the best and have a great year ahead!!! :))!!! With this signing offff- have a lucky, happy, crazy year ahead!!! :))!!!

Not editing it for I will reduce the smileys, reduce the slurred words and reduce the double excitement that I had writting this, so chillappa, have fun!!!

Tree Day!! :))

Happy Earth's Day....to all of you!!! A bountiful of nature to everyone who lives on earth, let's make it more greener and chirpier :)!! Let's bring some Sunshine and laughter around.

Yes, I would not abandon my routinely, periodic outbursts of I have been missing this space, hell load much, writing. Life does comes with short snippets of joy.

Life has been hectic without any moment of sitting down and let thoughts, happiness, luck breathe in. So well it will continue to be so for a while. As to what's happening right now:

- Well the entire galaxy around me seems to be following IPL although not sitting and nail biting, but yes following. For me it's still an alien world. But then I do want to catch up with the tonnes and gallons of money used for Branding on this one :)!! their success sales rate and eye ball catching ads.

- Next month I will be shifting my base from Delhi to Kolkata, my hometown. After spending a decade of studying, changing Jobs, changing cities from Delhi to Noida to Delhi to Gurgaon, life does comes back to where it started. It's going to be a huge change, actually a preety massive one, but all I can think of is the amount of puchka, Roll, jhal muri and Sandesh I am going to have. :) :)!!! Lucky-ish!!

- My vacation time comes to an end. No I am not joining right away, but sometime soon :)!!

- There is a lot of excitement of the time's to come :))!!

- I hope, dear God, life does keep giving me pleasant surprises!! Thank You for everything :))!!!

:)

And so it is:

I didnt reach out for this space for so long but in no ways it meant that I didnt miss it. Here is the hard truth, Indian marriages are crazy, putting all the pieces together, but then crazy has always been fun for me :).

- Next month I will be tying my knot. How does it feels?? Well a gamut of feeling all put together. Happy, crazy, mad, whacky, subtle, energetic, high.........and the list goes on.

- Shopping is never an easy task and for a lazy bum like me it is impossible, cuz I am never pepped abt most of the things other girls would be. ):

- What has been going on in my mind...a lot of things...but then after a long time I took time off from my random crazy preparations and sat down reading blogs and realised how much I missed this space. Also there are so many people fighting a cause in there lives, not falling prey to the circumstances and holding on strong. Not mentioning any names but hats off to them.

- Quitting work was not easy, because I miss the madness work life brings in me but then one month more and I am sure I would want this phase of "Chilling Completely"!!

- Life is rolling on, happy moments are ahead and waiting for some fun time. :)

December!

December!! It is always a reminder that a new year is just around the corner, that the year is about to end and wrap up. Once more the time to make new resolutions to re-look at the good and the bad of the year passed, to smile at the light hearted moments, to relish the happiness to leave past the old and punctured memories, to create something new and exciting in the year to come.

So what all happened this year:

- As always it starts with a masti wallah note, but then unlike always this time around it started with a heavy heart, there was everything to look forward, yet the mind was flooded with not enough reasons to smile.

- I joined the family business but then the feeling wasn't one of celebrations, it was just a realization that I was better fitted with all the weirdos of Advertising than all the normal's of the corporate office. That I was more fitted with all the leg pulling, heart churning, intensive reading, always on the look-out for something new wallah spirit, than settling at the routine life of "Dhanda".  Anyway, I continued for a considerable amount of time rolling in the business life.

- Let's begin with the beginning, I finally started blogging, after letting go my old blog. There is something wildly relatable and happy about reading your old blogs, it's like reviving the old memories and seeing how you have grown up, but then there are fresh memories to quote, narrate, relate and it's time to start scribbling here more often.

- I wanted to make my audience pant with joy to come to this point, but then without anymore drama, I will state and share my happiness, I am glad and happy to anounce that I met somebody and he stole my heart enough to make me cross my heart and spend the rest of my life with him. Happiness, madness and craziness all together. It's a beautiful feeling.

- New year resolutions, well I have many, but then if I start writting over here I will never implement those, so I will let it be.

- What will the new year bring to me, well loads of happiness, a lot of celebration times ahead and a lot of exciting things to do. The year I am looking forward to completely.

- What do I want from the new year: Well a year of happy feelings, a year where I spread a lot of happiness around, a year where I start new things personally and professionally and give my best to it, a year where I try different things and live each moment to the completest.

- And as an old saying, to all my fellow bloggers and readers, have a crazy New Year, plan something with your loved one, forgive people if they require forgiveness, think of something new to do, try and experiment with something that you have not yet tried, just at all the moments have reason to make your's and your loved one's smiles more happier one's. Have a great new year ahead and party safe.  :))!!

- And in the end just something my ninth grade teacher had written once to me " Awareness is aliveness, how aware you are is how alive you are", on that note have an awesome year ahead.

- Now put your party shoes on and party wild.!!!

And being no more

Well for ages the topic of "being no more" has been the rounds of discussion in many intellectual tables. But then I am a layman, with intellect which can be defined as a bubbleman, blowing bubbles. So when it happens to the near and dear one's it yet again kicks of an awe which is incomparable. And a series of questions kick of in the brain of that chapter of life, that give's the final touch to life, THE END chapter.

The chapter that begins life and the chapter that ends life sums the smiles and pain altogether. The attachments, the memories and then the churning and tossing of feelings are all parts of the chapter. That part of life which says, "Enter this world with nothing, leave this world with nothing" is still intact. But of course in between you get attached to the person, you get inspired by their intellect, their awe inspiring deeds.

Every time somebody close passes off,  it is just a reminder of life is too short to not live it completely. To not live it to the hilt, to not surpass emotions, to bring people together, to make them smile for a lifetime. It's moments like these that an attack of questions happens in the heart.

Hum chale :)!!

Wow!! Trips are the most amazing thing that happens. It's a big break from the mad ruckus world we put ourselves in, day in and day out.

This trip was absolutely amazing, it went beyond my anticipation and my adventure spirits were all pumped up to seek the joys of travelling. It begun from Kolkata and started with a "not confirmed ticket" in hand. Which finally got made with three people sitting on their respective systems to book one ticket. Anyways, ENTER KOLKATA: Unplugged my luggage and started my exploration. I indulged myself into the street trip down the memory lane, long lost.  Bhel, phuchka and more phuchka, kolkata roll, I guess there was no stopping. Even as I speak I guess I can just remember the mouth watering taste of puchka and the streets of Calcutta, a little humid, loads of people on the road, busy in reaching somewhere, their destinations, a little vague.

Just weirdly for no reason at all I do love hanging in Park Street a lot, going to Flurry's sitting down and having a conversation over coffee and packing away loaf's of bread for home. I just can't get over food, can I??

But then yes met loads of people over there, some venturing and saying new hellos!! Some reviving the spirit of Kolkata and running deep as depth could be and of-course the old charm of bumping into someone familiar as I wandered in the streets of Kolkata. Loved it with an absoluteness that I know somewhere the roots that belong to the city of birth won't come off age.

So well bags packed and from here on-wards it was time for the second step/agla padhav of my holiday. So the next destination was Vishakapatnam/Volataire and yup a more hipppieeeeee and happening name to it.....VIZAGgggggggggggg!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yeah Entry and exit has to be with a lot of drama, so the exit from Kolkata didn’t lack any drama. I was 10 kgs on the heavier side of weight carrying. The trauma that baggages create at Airport or life is endless, the sooner you do away with them the better it is. Anyway leaving aside all the details and saga of hassles it was an amazing flight journey with full view of "Bay of Bengal" making me super excited to enter the city.

ENTER VIZAG: This place is unbelievable or may be it just soothed my suddenly developed taste of cities with ‘Water’ flowing in it. "Paani jidhar bhi ho woh jagah achi lagti hai". So well my expedition urf exploration begun. The house, my relatives abode was right in front of the beach. Whoa!!! Nothing could be more beautiful than sitting in front of the beach and spending all day with the sky dripping all day.

Gosh!!! Here in Delhi the only thing that we miss is "Rainy Season", the entire familiarity of Kolkata, of waking up and watching rain, of coming back and puddling on rain goes missing residing in Delhi. This city just doesn’t rains, it either 'pours' or is 'extremely hot or cold'.

So well coming back to Vizag, things become interesting when you have interesting company they say. And company I had a funtastitc one.

Few things that I absolutely love are baarish, beach, book, bench and bombastic music. Aha!! Demand kuch kam nahi hai. No I guess it was absolutely mind blowing putting together all of them.

So here I was with an amazing book by Santosh Desai, ever since I have picked that book I have been recommending it like I was the publicist of it. But then what you appreciate is what you recommend and there is no denying of that.

I wish that I could do surfing but then let's leave few things for next times.Things that I actually did with fantastic company of an amazingly cute couple was: Went to the beach, tried my hand on cycling, had 'Vizag wallah puchka', ate italian and absolutely loved it, tried to take food inside movie hall, watched morning show, tried to understand somebody else's dream project, heard children being taught, loads of conversation inbetween. All in all, just loved the entire experience. And most of all reflected on a lot of things, broadened my thought, let it loose from the tight bolts of thinking things in one way. And the result!!! Phewww!!!!! Was good enough. After all perspectives widen while looking at it from different angles. Such is life!!

I guess the best part of the trip was this place, although all places had its own uniqueness but then this one just stood out.

So anyway before I start ranting on and on, it was time for me to pack my bags and move to the next destination, Hyderabad. So well after too much of speculation on Tatkal ticket’s making, cancelling and re-making it again in Tatkal was an activity. I finally started my evening journey from Vizag to Hyderabad.

Enter Hyderabad/ Secunderabad: The place is filled with memories of summer vacations being spent here although of course the rocks that we used to climb as kids are all cut now. But then growth has its own ways of entering life.

So well, nopes, I was not sitting and reminiscing, I was actually hopping from one place to another. And like all places I travelled I couldn’t skip the puckha's over here. So well pucka hunting we had gone. But most of all it was meeting cousins, catching up, understanding again somebody else’s dream projects, pepping up, trying different places with uncle and aunt and speculating on Tatkal ticket like a stock market share with loads of investment done on it. Darn I tell you!! And the next day I see an article in the typical media hyped up way "Tatkal ticket booking, ka khulasa".....!!

All in all, I had a funtastic time. Life does come with snippets of surprises. And after all "Change is always a good thing". Back in Delhi anxiously waiting for the weekend to begin!! :)!!
